Glacier Express scenic train
This is the famous scenic train link between St-Moritz and Zermatt in Switzerland. It's a panoramic trip through the Alpine heartland of Switzerland and a memorable way of travelling from the eastern to the western Swiss Alps. The journey lasts 7.5 hours. It passes through 91 tunnels and crosses 291 bridges and the 2033 m high Oberalp Pass.

Conditions for Interrail Pass holders
Interrail Passes including Switzerland, are valid on the entire route from St. Moritz to Zermatt. Seat reservations or dining car reservations at extra cost, are compulsory.

Special features
The new 1st and 2nd class panorama cars are air-cushioned, air-conditioned, wheelchair-accessible and are considerably quieter than the previous generation of rolling stocks. The new interiors are elegant and pleasant and the improved information system is available in six languages. The Glacier Express runs daily during Summer and Winter seasons and offers 1st and 2nd class coaches, panoramic coaches and a dining car.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
