When will I receive my seat reservations?
With our Reservation Self-Service, you'll receive your e-ticket reservations within 30 minutes.
Physical reservations take up to 5 business days to process and are sent out by registered mail. We'll email you when your order is processed! Please account for shipping time when placing your paper ticket reservation order as shipping time for paper tickets is currently 2 weeks within Europe and 3 weeks for countries outside of Europe.
The estimated delivery time for your paper ticket reservations will be visible before you proceed with payment. As we do not offer expedited shipping for paper tickets, we recommend reserving your seats through alternative reservation booking methods in case you don't have enough time before your trip.
Please keep in mind that Saturday and Sunday don’t count as business days, and that national holidays in Europe can cause delays. If the status of your order is Submitted or Waiting for Shipping, this means our team is hard at work to process your order.

Can I get a refund for my reservation?
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
