Can I protect my Interrail Pass against loss and theft?
No, unless you have travel insurance, we do not offer protection against loss or theft of an activated Pass.
If you've purchased an Interrail mobile Pass and your mobile device got lost or stolen, you can contact our Customer Service who'll help you further.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
