Can I travel in my own country using the Interrail Pass EURO 2024

Can I travel in my own country with the Interrail Pass EURO 2024? 

Yes! The Interrail Pass EURO 2024 allows for up to two journeys in your home country: One to leave and one to return with multiple train transfers included. 

You can travel on one travel day to leave your country of residence (outbound) and on one travel day to return (inbound). You can use these journeys in your country at any stage of your Pass’ validity.

Can I buy the Interrail Pass EURO 2024 if I live in Germany? 

No! It’s only available for European citizens (not German residents) and non-Europeans with an official residence in Europe. German residents can benefit from the DB Ticket EURO 2024 ™ for train travel within Germany instead.  

But don’t worry! You can still travel with Interrail without the discount if you're from German and want to plan a European train trip.
