My orders are missing from my account
It can take up to 30 minutes for your order details to appear in your account.
Please note that your Interrail account only shows orders made on Interrail.eu. If you purchased your Pass from one of our distributors then they will handle your order. You can check your Pass confirmation email to verify from where you purchased your Pass.

Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
