Yes. Both Italian and Greek residents can use the Greek Islands Pass.
The condition that you cannot use an Interrail One Country Pass for your own country of residence does not apply to this Pass.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
